Welcome to UANI. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UANI mobile application and website https://uani.app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Users must be 18 years or older to register and use UANI.

3. User Conduct

• You agree not to use UANI for any unlawful or harmful activities.
• You must not impersonate others or provide false information.
• You are responsible for all content you post.

4. No Explicit Content Policy

UANI maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind. Users may not post, share, or distribute nudity, sexual acts, or any material that could be considered adult or obscene. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination at UANI’s discretion.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or terms at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by UANI and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of UANI.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UANI operates.
