UANI is committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform exclusively for adults.
Zero Tolerance for Minors
UANI is an adult-only platform for users 18 years and older. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activity involving minors.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- We verify the age and identity of all users during registration
- Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately and permanently banned
- We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 18
Age Verification
To ensure our platform remains adults-only, we implement strict age verification measures:
- Government-issued ID verification during account creation
- Automated age detection and facial recognition technology
- Manual review of suspicious accounts
- Regular audits and monitoring for underage users
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Any content depicting, soliciting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempting to contact minors
- Sharing, requesting, or discussing child exploitation content
- Any content sexualizing or endangering minors
Our Response to Violations
When we become aware of content or accounts involving minors, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Account Termination: The offending account is permanently banned within minutes
- Content Removal: All associated content is immediately deleted from our servers
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement
- Preservation of Evidence: We preserve all relevant data for law enforcement investigation
- IP and Device Ban: We prevent the user from creating new accounts
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
UANI fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation:
- We comply with all lawful requests for information
- We work with organizations like NCMEC and the Internet Watch Foundation
- We implement industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM
- We participate in cross-industry efforts to combat child exploitation online
Education and Prevention
We believe in proactive prevention through education:
- Clear age requirements displayed during registration
- In-app reminders about our adults-only policy
- Staff training on identifying and responding to child safety concerns
- Regular security audits and improvements to our verification systems

- Contact us immediately at safety@uani.app
- Provide the account information so we can remove it
